Laura Pettus

Laura Pettus currently serves as the Director and Head of Global Human Resources at North Rock Capital Management, LLC, a position held since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager and HR Coordinator at MIO Partners, Inc. from December 2015 to August 2022, and as HR Generalist at Edison Properties from October 2014 to December 2015. Laura began a career in human resources at S&P Capital IQ, where duties spanned from Sr. HR Specialist to Staffing Coordinator from November 2009 to July 2014. A graduate of Rutgers University, Laura holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations (2010-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field (2005-2009). Throughout the career, key responsibilities have included recruitment strategy development, employee onboarding, performance management support, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
