Prior to that, Richard held positions in talent acquisition and financial services recruitment at companies like Insight Investment and Morgan McKinley. Richard also has a background in training, having worked as a Trainer at Learning Performance Seminars. Richard holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London and a degree in Classics from the University of Liverpool.
