Anson Lai

Anson Lai is a seasoned systems engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman since 2019, Anson is responsible for systems engineering on new hardware assemblies, ensuring system level compliance, and collaborating with customers on specifications. Prior experience at SSL (Space Systems Loral) from 1999 to 2018 includes roles as Principal Systems Engineer, Engineering Section Manager, and Senior Systems Engineering Specialist, where Anson contributed to multiple satellite projects and managed engineering teams, ensuring successful program execution and compliance with customer requirements. Earlier professional experience includes a systems engineering role at Rambus from 1998 to 1999, involving the design of timing RIMMs and associated microstrip technologies. Anson holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
