Bill Steiner

Bill Steiner, PMP, MBA, has extensive experience in systems engineering and management, currently serving as the Future Technical Leaders/Systems Engineering Associates Manager at Northrop Grumman since January 2020. Prior roles include Software Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, where leadership was provided to software teams supporting the AEGIS system, and various managerial positions at Northrop Grumman, focusing on mission solutions and model-based engineering. Steiner began their career as a Computer Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division. Bill holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, an MBA from La Salle University, and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Penn State Great Valley.
