Gary Hayes

Gary Hayes is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in the defense and commercial sectors. Currently at Northrop Grumman, Gary manages the design and development of advanced protection systems for military applications, including High Speed Strike Weapons and various missile programs. At Orbital ATK, responsibilities include overseeing missile products and active protection systems. Previously, Gary held a Senior Director role at Oshkosh Corporation, directing a team of 40 Program Managers in developing aerial work platforms and other equipment. With a strong foundation in program and subcontract management from previous roles at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems and Westinghouse Electric Company, Gary has a proven track record in driving innovative product development and managing high-value contracts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Technical Management from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
