Ian Marks

Ian Marks is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in configuration design and aeronautical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer in Configuration Design at Northrop Grumman, Ian has previously held key roles as a Senior Engineer in Configuration Design at Virgin Galactic and as an Aeronautical Engineer at Lockheed Martin, along with ascending positions including Aeronautical Engineer Asc and Conceptual Design Intern. In addition to industry experience, Ian has demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities as a Mentor for the UT Arlington Aero Mavericks and has been actively involved in AIAA - UT Arlington, holding roles such as President and Professional Relations Officer while contributing to the Aerospace Design Synthesis team.
