Jatin Anand

Jatin Anand is an experienced Agile Coach currently employed at Northrop Grumman since July 2023, promoting an Agile mindset and value-driven practices. Previously, Jatin served as a Senior Agile Coach at Navy Federal Credit Union from June 2022 to July 2023, and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where responsibilities included Agile coaching and functioning as a Release Train Engineer. Earlier positions included roles at Peraton, where Jatin worked as a SAFe Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach, and at Northrop Grumman in various capacities from 2016 to 2021, including Scrum Master and Business Analyst. Jatin holds a Master of Business Administration from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the same institution.
