Jim Rooney

Jim Rooney has extensive experience in both political and military leadership. Currently, Jim serves as the Chairman of the Platte County Republican Party and a State Committeeman for the Missouri Republican Party, focusing on fundraising, campaign strategy, and representation at the state level. In the corporate sector, Jim has been a Manager Team Leader at Northrop Grumman Technology Services, overseeing a large team supporting the US Army's Mission Command Training Program. Jim's professional background in military intelligence includes serving as a Captain in the US Army and holding various leadership roles within Northrop Grumman since 1987. Jim's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business and Management from Webster University and a diploma in Military Science from the US Army Command and General Staff College.
