Leo Ardell is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operations within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Staff Project Management at Northrop Grumman since February 2013, Leo leads an agile project management team focused on enhancing recruiting practices, operational efficiency, and governance.
