Neil Gardner has extensive experience in government compliance and ethics, holding prominent positions such as Director of Government Compliance at Northrop Grumman and Vice President of Ethics and Compliance at both Orbital ATK and Orbital Sciences Corporation. Additionally, Neil contributed to the field as a Senior Manager of Government Compliance at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corporation and began their career as an Auditor at the Defense Contract Audit Agency. Neil Gardner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Utah State University, where studies were completed between 1982 and 1987.
