Nina Mangilit

Nina Mangilit has a diverse background in talent acquisition and marketing, currently serving as an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Northrop Grumman. Previously, Nina worked as a National Recruiter at Aerotek and held positions in social media management and marketing as well as internships focused on administration and marketing at Kumana Foods, Channel Islands YMCA, and Catherine Gee. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, obtained in 2021, and graduated from Downtown Magnets High School in 2017.
