Rigo Montoya

Rigo Montoya is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as IPT Lead & Staff Chief Engineer at Northrop Grumman since August 2020, Rigo supports the Mission Systems Product Team in hardware and subsystem development, particularly in RFIC. Previously held senior roles at SAIC and Raytheon, including THAAD IPT Lead and Program Manager, as well as Project Manager Team Lead at IBM. Rigo's career began with a position as a Technology Specialist at The University of Texas at El Paso, providing training in various applications. Rigo holds a Master's degree in Computer Networks from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at El Paso.
