Roy Donelson

Roy Donelson is an accomplished leader in engineering and defense systems with extensive experience in senior management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Sector Vice President of Engineering at Northrop Grumman, Roy spearheads the Defense Systems sector's strategy and program performance while promoting engineering excellence. In addition to this role, Roy is a Board Member at DM50 501 C 4 INC, advocating for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and a Member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Arizona College of Engineering. Previously, Roy held various prestigious positions at Raytheon, including Vice President of Innovation & Integration and Vice President & Chief Executive for the Middle East and North Africa Group, where Roy was instrumental in enhancing program execution and driving customer solutions. Roy began their career as a Captain in the US Army and holds a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
