Xibing Gong

Xibing Gong is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in manufacturing processes and materials engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer at Northrop Grumman, Xibing has previously held the position of Process Engineer Welding - Expert at Saft and worked as a Research Scientist-Mechanical Metallurgist at Alabama Laser. Xibing's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Advanced Manufacturing from The University of Alabama and a Master's degree in Materials Processing Engineering from South China University of Technology. Additionally, Xibing has contributed to research as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Assistant in additive manufacturing at The University of Alabama.
