Rachel Mullins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Rachel began their career at BrightStar Care as an intern, where they focused on marketing and employee retention strategies. Rachel then moved on to Porter Regional Hospital, where they worked as a Diet Clerk for four years. Rachel later joined NorthShore Health Centers, starting as a Business and Budget Analyst, where they evaluated operating expenses and prepared budget-based packets. Rachel then progressed to the role of Director of Practice Improvements, where they implemented quality, compliance, and risk management programs. Rachel's most recent position at NorthShore Health Centers was as Chief Compliance and Development Officer, where they oversaw compliance and risk management programs, as well as marketing and outreach initiatives. Throughout their various roles, Rachel has demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality care and enhancing patient services.

Rachel Mullins has a strong background in healthcare administration and organizational leadership. Rachel obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Valparaiso University from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Valparaiso University, which they completed in 2017. Most recently, Rachel earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University, which they completed in 2023. In addition to their academic achievements, Rachel has also obtained the certification of Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert (PCMH CCE) from the NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE - NCQA in October 2022.
