Rebecca Lennon

Rebecca Lennon, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Northsight Management since May 2019, Rebecca has a strong background that includes previous positions such as Manager of Human Resources at 360 Physical Therapy and Aquatic Centers, where strategic operational plans contributed to growth from 55 to 120 employees. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills and various management positions in retail, including Assistant Store Manager at ULTA Beauty and Store Manager at Ann Taylor. Rebecca holds a Real Estate License from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and an Associate's degree in Social Psychology from Grossmont College, complemented by a PHR certification from HRCI.
