Tristan Kanipe has held various roles in business development, corporate strategy, consulting, and management throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at NorthStar Anesthesia, P.A. Tristan previously held senior positions at companies such as Syapse, Healthgrades, and The Advisory Board Company, showcasing their expertise in building strategic partnerships and driving corporate growth.

Tristan Kanipe studied Economics with a focus on International Affairs at Colorado College. Tristan then pursued a degree in International Trade, Place and Location at Jönköping International Business School, where they studied Industrial Organization, Economic Geography, and Business Innovation from 2008 to 2009.
