Ava Estep

Ava Estep currently serves as the Operations Student Supervisor at The Ohio State University, overseeing the work of Administrative Associates in the Willie J. Young, Sr. position. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Associate, Personal Lines Intern at Encova Insurance, and Team Member at Agapé Mediterranean, among others. Ava has participated in the Women in Corporate Finance Program at FTI Consulting and the Engagement Financial Advisor Mentorship Program at Deloitte. Ava Estep began pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in August 2022, following the completion of a High School Diploma from Olentangy High School in May 2022.
