Bob Touchette

Bob Touchette is an experienced culinary professional with extensive expertise in restaurant consulting, baking, and food service management. Currently a baker at Northstar Cafe, Bob has served as a restaurant consultant for Braided Bread since October 2014, focusing on small to mid-size businesses and private chef services. Previously, Bob was the chef and catering manager at Shelburne Market, where a successful catering division was established, and chef owner of Verde's Restaurant, a gourmet Mediterranean establishment. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Braided Bread and Stratton Mountain Resort, where Bob implemented menu updates and cost reductions that significantly enhanced operational efficiency.
