Christina Rodriguez is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at NorthStar Clean Energy, Christina is responsible for developing the Talent Acquisition function and overseeing recruitment initiatives for diverse roles. Previously, at Ford Motor Company, Christina led the establishment of the corporate functions division’s first executive recruitment effort. At Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Christina created and managed the first executive recruitment department, developing comprehensive processes for recruitment operations. Christina's earlier roles include Director at Howard-Sloan Search, focusing on financial and compliance positions, and Principal at Big Sky Executive Search, where business development and operational management were key responsibilities. Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San José State University.
