● Manage a strategic end-to-end recruiting process across the company's global operations
● In the principal role I also have duties that included people operations business partner (POBP)
duties, developing and implementing company-wide HR policies and initiatives resulting in increased
employee engagement and retention rates

● Conduct talent acquisition duties for high level senior positions; reviewing applications, pre-screening
candidates, and guide the interview process for senior level hiring teams
● Leverage different channels and platforms to build strong, diverse pipelines of talent
● Led the offer approval, extension, and negotiation process, and close candidates
● Utilise talent market data to influence hiring strategies and promote process improvement
● Collaborate with the People Operations team in other locations (North America & ASEAN countries)
to align on recruiting standards and best practices
