Jamie Holzhausen

Jamie Holzhausen currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at NorthStar Clean Energy, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jamie Holzhausen was a Human Resources Business Partner at BASF for six years, providing strategic HR leadership across several business units and 16 manufacturing facilities in North America. Jamie Holzhausen holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources/Labor Relations from Western Michigan University.
