Bertrand Valdman currently serves as President and CEO of NorthStar Energy, a Saltchuk Company, where the focus is on investing in and supporting local operating companies in the fuel delivery sector across the US. In addition to this role, Bertrand Valdman acts as a Senior Advisor for the GFI Fund at Oaktree Capital Management and holds various board positions, including Board Member at Anvil Corporation and Member of the Board of Directors at Optimum Energy. Bertrand Valdman has also served on the boards of several other organizations, including Solomon Corporation, Saltchuk, Veresen Midstream, SoCore Energy LLC, and Clean Power Finance. Bertrand Valdman's educational background includes a BA in History from Northwestern University and advanced degrees (MA and Ph.D.) from Stanford University.
