Paul Girdler has a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, with a focus on the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Paul currently serves as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC, where they lead a team working on Mo-99 radioisotope programs and oversees the implementation of manufacturing processes. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at the same company, where they led a project group responsible for defining and implementing an end-to-end manufacturing process for a bulk Mo-99 radioisotope production facility.

Before joining NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, Paul worked at Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Site Engineer and Environmental Health and Safety Officer. Paul Girdler completed their education in a chronological order. Paul started by attending St Joseph's College Hunters Hill from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Higher School Certificate.

Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE(hons)) in Mechanical Engineering at UNSW from 2003 to 2009.

In 2018, Paul enrolled at the University at Buffalo and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Girdler has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set.
