Peter Mitchel

Peter Mitchell has a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs in the medical industry. Peter started their career as a Verification Lead at Nicolet Biomedical in 1992, where they remained until 1996. Peter then joined Burdick, Inc. as a Validation Supervisor from 1996 to 2000. After that, Peter worked at Philips Radiation Oncology Systems from 2000 to 2014, where they held various roles including Software Quality Engineer. During their time at Philips, they provided guidance on process and testing methodologies and was involved in risk analysis and validation activities. Since 2015, Peter has been working as a Sr. RA/QA Engineer at NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC. In this role, they oversee device implementations, designs risk management processes, and manages all risk management activities. Peter also played a key role in compiling a FDA submission for a successful drug NDA approval.

Peter Mitchell attended UW-Madison from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. In addition to their degree, they obtained the CSQE certification from ASQ in June 1999.
