Troy Lavoie

Troy joined the Northstar Team with a background in customer service and cybersecurity. While he was working in customer service, he was a customer service specialist, customer service manager and team development lead. He received his associates degrees from Mohawk Valley Community College and his bachelor’s from Utica University.
