In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Dextronix Inc, where they collaborated closely with veterinarians and research institutions. Emma then transitioned to a role as a Data Entry Specialist at Scythe & Spade Company in 2019. In 2020, they became an Activities Coordinator at University Retirement Community, focusing on enhancing residents' well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.
