Katrina Hubbs

Katrina Hubbs is an experienced Senior Escrow Officer with a robust history in the title industry, currently serving at NorthStar Title Agency since December 2024. Previously, Katrina held similar roles at Arizona Premier Title from April 2021 to November 2024 and First American Title from February 2012 to April 2021, with a focus on ensuring smooth closings, preparing and executing escrow documentation, and managing escrow funds. Earlier experience at Greystone Title Agency involved facilitating escrow transactions and providing training to real estate agents. Katrina is a graduate of Phoenix College.
