Justin Melchick, PMP has over 12 years of experience in the IT field. Justin began their career in 2008 at Lockheed Martin as a System Engineer where they performed analysis of system products, functional analysis, timeline analysis, requirements allocation and interface definition studies. Justin then moved to Scitor Corporation in 2011, where they provided SETA and Program Management (PM) support as an integral part of a Program Management Office (PMO). Justin established and led the implementation of new Acquisition Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Processes and a new architectural design process for the program. In 2015, they joined Northstrat Incorporated as a Senior System Engineer / Team Lead. Justin then took on the role of Deputy Program Manager / Lead Systems Engineer, leading systems engineering activities, R&D projects, and FAT events. Justin also served as a Systems Engineer/Business Analyst, leading the development and implementation of executive leadership Business Intelligence dashboards and a robust cybersecurity Business Intelligence dashboard.
