Patricia Flynn

Patricia Flynn began their career in 1997 as a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation. In 2009, they moved to Northstrat Incorporated, where they assumed the role of Senior System Engineer.

Patricia Flynn has an extensive educational background. Patricia obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California from 1993 to 1997. Patricia then went on to pursue a MS in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the same university from 1997 to 1999. In 2002, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leeds. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including Leading with Vision, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management (2015), Coaching and Developing Employees, and Motivating and Engaging Employees.
