Benn Elsey

Benn Elsey currently serves as the Flooding Operations Manager at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) since April 2023, focusing on diagnosing flooding events and implementing risk mitigation strategies within the sewerage network. Elsey has built extensive experience at Northumbrian Water Limited, taking on various roles since May 2013, including Sewerage Maintenance Manager, Sewerage Project Manager, and Commercial Contracts Manager. Prior experience includes positions as a Performance Analyst and Customer Care Team Leader from June 2011 to May 2013, and Performance Information from January 2009 to June 2011. Elsey holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Sunderland, earned between 2000 and 2001.
