Kacper Konstanczak

Kacper Konstanczak has a diverse work experience spanning roles in data analytics, business insight, and leadership. Kacper currently works as the Head of Intelligence and Analytics at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group), where they are responsible for overseeing intelligence and analytics initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Data at SCC, where they provided thought leadership and assessed data maturity across various capabilities. Kacper also worked as an Active Supporter at GiveHappyBox, where they designed and built a stock management system and accounting suite. Additionally, they held roles at EY, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Alliance Healthcare, Delko S.A, NEUCA SA, and Torfarm S.A., focusing on data analysis, strategy, and change management.

Kacper Konstanczak obtained a Master's degree in Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods from Nicolaus Copernicus University between the years 2002 and 2008. Kacper has also obtained additional certifications including GDPR Practitioner and GDPR Foundation from The Knowledge Academy in 2018, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Europejski Osrodek Doskonalenia Zawodowego in 2009. Kacper also received training in Business Objects - Advanced Design from SAP.
