Lewis Banks has over a decade of experience in operations and performance management within the water industry, currently serving as the Planning and Performance Manager at Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) since August 2011, overseeing a team of 25 FTE in Essex and Suffolk. Previously, as Street Works Manager, Lewis managed street works processes across the UK, achieving a significant 50% reduction in overall spend, resulting in savings exceeding £100k. Experience also includes a role as a Planner, specializing in planning and scheduling field activities and stakeholder communication, alongside an early position as a Distribution Agent at the BBC.
