Tom Clements

Tom Clements is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the water and environmental sectors. Currently serving as the Design and Delivery Team Manager at NWG since January 2024, Tom previously held the position of Engineering Maintenance Manager at Yorkshire Water, overseeing a team responsible for maintaining water treatment works across Yorkshire from September 2017 to January 2024. Earlier roles included Technical Support Engineer and participation in an operational management graduate scheme at ABPmer, along with experience as an Environmental Researcher at ABPmer and as an Environmental Consultant at Aquatera. Tom's academic background includes an Msci degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of Southampton, where foundational knowledge in marine science was acquired from October 2009 to July 2013, preceded by education at Ryedale School from 2002 to 2007.
