Victoria Patterson

Victoria Patterson has held various human resources roles throughout their career. Victoria began as an Assistant Personnel Officer at North Tyneside Council in May 1999 before moving on to become a Personnel Officer. Victoria then transitioned to the National Probation Service, where Victoria worked as an HR Advisor from September 2003 to August 2008. Currently, Victoria holds the position of Senior People Business Partner at Northumbrian Water Group, where Victoria also previously worked as a Senior HR Advisor.
