Srishti Jha

Srishti Jha is a Technical Project Manager at Northvolt since January 2024, with a strong background in battery technology and thermal systems. Previously, as Battery - Thermal R&D Manager at Euler Motors, Srishti developed advanced battery technologies for cargo vehicles, established a Battery R&D team, and created strategic relationships with cell manufacturers. Experience at Marelli as an R&D Project Engineer involved designing cooling modules for electric vehicles, while a tenure at Hanon Systems focused on HVAC development for automotive applications. Srishti's early career included roles at Terrafugia, The Conrods, and Ford Motor Company, accumulating expertise in mechanical engineering and project management, supported by a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's from SRM IST Chennai.
