Anthony J. Beneventi

Anthony J. Beneventi, MBA, serves as the Regional Director, People Leader HR Services at Northwell Health, overseeing HR strategy and operations for multiple hospitals and over 12,000 team members across the Manhattan Region, Staten Island, and Western Ambulatory practices. With a wealth of experience in human resources across various healthcare institutions, Anthony has previously held roles as Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at Northwell Health, as well as leadership positions at companies such as L'Oréal, CA Technologies, and T-Mobile. Anthony holds an MBA in Strategic Healthcare Management from Hofstra University and a BS in Human Resources Management from Adelphi University, in addition to an AS degree from Suffolk County Community College.
