Katie Griffin

Katie Griffin is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and case management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Care Coordination for the Western Region at Northwell Health since August 2023, Katie previously held significant roles at Northern Westchester Hospital, including Director of Inpatient Services and Case Management, and Director of Regulatory Affairs, Case Management, and Utilization Management. Katie has also worked as a Regional Clinical Manager at Oxford Health Plans, overseeing medical case management and network facilities in New York and New Jersey, and began a career in case management at CRA Managed Care. Educationally, Katie holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Case Management from American Sentinel University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Nursing from Pace University.
