Kayla O'Donovan

Kayla O'Donovan is an experienced professional in support services and stadium operations, currently serving as the Director of Support Services in Plant Operations and Environmental at Northwell Health since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kayla spent over a decade with the New York Yankees, holding various positions including Senior Manager of Stadium Operations, where responsibilities included managing spreadsheets and revenue information, coordinating events, and preparing game day needs. Additional experience includes internships with Marist College's Athletics Department, the New York Mets in corporate sales, and conducting surveys for the Marist Institute for Public Opinion. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Communication from Marist University.
