Patricia Brown

Patricia Brown has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the AVP of Talent Acquisition at Northwell Health since 2010, following roles as Sr. Director and Corporate Director in the same department. Prior to that, Patricia worked at New York-Presbyterian Hospital from 2000 to 2010 as the Manager of Employment Services, where responsibilities included developing strategies to address workforce needs and managing a team of 12 recruitment professionals. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Saint John’s University.
