Sophia Saleem

Sophia Saleem, MD, currently serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer for Ambulatory at Northwell Health. Previously, Sophia held the position of Associate Chief Medical Information Officer at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and acted as the Director of Tele-Consults within the Mount Sinai Health System. Additionally, Sophia served as an Associate Medical Information Officer at Mount Sinai Health System. Sophia completed a fellowship in Uveitis at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from 2013 to 2014 and completed an Ophthalmology Residency Program at the University of Virginia from 2010 to 2013.
