Tara Ferrell

Tara Ferrell, RHIA, CCS, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in health information management and coding. Currently serving as a Director at Northwell Health since 2019, Tara has previously held various managerial positions at PwC, where tenure spanned from 1998 to 2016. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Manager and Manager at Optum from August 2016 to August 2018, and a Consultant at Hyatt, Imler, Ott & Blount from 1995 to 1998. Tara also contributed as the Director of Health Information Management at Mountainside Hospital from 1993 to 1995. An alumnus of Tennessee State University, Tara earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration.
