Kelly Hoak

Kelly Hoak is an accomplished professional in the field of education, currently serving as the Regional Director for the West Region at Northwest Area Education Agency since July 2020. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Speech Pathologist at Northwest Area Education Agency from September 2005 to July 2020 and worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Educational Service Unit #1 from 1999 to 2001. Educational credentials include an Administrative Endorsement from the Iowa Principal Leadership Academy, a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders from the University of Northern Iowa.
