The Business Department works to maintain and record all business transactions and employee payroll accurately, comprehensively, and in accordance with Indiana State Board of Accounts and Federal requirements. The Business Department maintains adequate internal controls within the organization to safeguard its valuable resources. In creating accountability across the organization, the business department tracks all revenue and expenditures across the district in order to support senior management in the decision-making process by appropriately presenting the financial data.
