Paul Bachleitner

Paul Bachleitner is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the philanthropic sector. Currently serving as Communications Director at Northwest Area Foundation since April 2014, Paul leads comprehensive communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement. Prior roles include National Director for Joint Affinity Groups, where Paul managed a national advocacy network, and Affiliate Consultant at Frontline Solutions, offering communications consulting to nonprofits. As a Principal Independent Consultant, Paul focused on content creation and strategic communication projects, including work for the D5 Coalition and Diversity in Philanthropy Project. Other notable positions include Development Associate at The Minneapolis Foundation and Director of Advancement at Urban Leadership Academy. Paul holds a Cum Laude degree in Psychology from Harvard University and has participated in leadership development initiatives through the Association of Black Foundation Executives.
