Anita Kuchcinski

Anita Kuchcinski has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Anita started their career at F.N.B. Corporation, where they held various retail team positions from teller to branch manager between 2003 and 2008. Anita then transitioned into commercial lending and served as an Assistant Vice President at F.N.B. Corporation from 2008 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Northwest Bank as a Vice President in Commercial Lending, a role they held until December 2021. At Northwest Bank, they progressively advanced their career, becoming the SVP, Erie Market Executive and Commercial Team Lead from 2022 to 2024, and currently serves as the SVP, Regional Commercial Market Executive. In addition to their banking experience, Anita is also an Ambassador at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women since November 2021.

Anita Kuchcinski has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting & Entrepreneurial Studies from Seton Hill University, which they earned from 1999 to 2003. Anita went on to obtain a Masters of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Seton Hill University from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, Anita has completed several programs from the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, including a Certification in Commercial Lending in 2011, an Advanced School of Commercial Lending degree in 2018, and currently pursuing a Certificate in the Advanced School of Banking.
