Francine Allen

Francine Allen, PMP has over 30 years of experience in project management and software development. Francine is currently serving as the VP - Enterprise Project Management Manager at Northwest Bank since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the AVP - ePMO Senior Project Manager at the same company from May 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Northwest Bank, Francine held the position of Senior Project Manager at Northwest Bank from February 2018 to May 2019. Francine started their career at Northwest Bank as a Project Manager in February 2015 and remained in that role until February 2018.

Prior to their tenure at Northwest Bank, Francine worked at MetLife, where they held multiple roles. Francine started as a Programmer & Programmer Analyst in April 1992 and later served as a Systems Analyst from June 1997 to April 2010. From April 2010 to February 2015, they worked as the Senior Software Development Engineer, leading a multi-million dollar initiative and managing technical deliverables and vendor partnerships.

Before joining MetLife, Francine gained experience in programming and software development roles at various companies such as Lep Profit International, Pya Monarch Inc, Royal Insurance Co, The Timken Company, Giorgio Foods Inc., and Tom Masano Lincoln Mercury.

Francine Allen, PMP attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associates degree in Computer Science. Francine also holds several certifications, including a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in December 2014. Francine has further enhanced their skills and knowledge through additional certifications in advanced topics and strategic portfolio management from Changepoint, obtained in 2021, as well as certifications in advanced system administration and resource management in Changepoint PPM, obtained in 2020.
