Tom Ramsay has worked in the marketing and communications field since 1994. Tom began their career at Sherwin Williams as a Brand Manager, where they developed and implemented national and international marketing strategies for consumer and professional product lines. In 1997, they became the Director of Marketing Communications at Easy Systems Inc., where they developed and executed integrated marketing plans and lead generation strategies. From 2000 to 2002, they were the Marketing Communications Manager at Net Nanny Software, where they successfully launched two different software products in both the retail space and enterprise market. From 2002 to 2014, they were the Senior Marketing Programs Manager at Fatigue Technology Inc., where they built the marketing department and helped the company realize record sales and profits. In 2014, they became the Director of Marketing and Communications for Northwest Cascade Inc., Honey Bucket, and FloHawks Plumbing and Septic. During their time at Northwest Cascade Inc., they increased online leads by 45%, which helped the company see record revenue growth. Additionally, they have worked as a Marketing Consultant since 2013.
