Erika Teasley currently serves as the Sr. Program Manager for the Accessibility Partners Program at Northwest Center, overseeing a multi-million-dollar accommodation service for employees with disabilities across Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Erika worked at Amazon as a Program Manager for Global Accommodation Optimization, advising over 100 stakeholders and resolving data quality issues to prevent significant financial losses. Prior roles include Interpreter Coordinator at Hearing, Speech & Deaf Center, where Erika managed interpreter scheduling, and Teaching Assistant at Northwest School for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children. Additional experience includes evaluating sign language interpreters at The S.E.E. Center and program assistance at the University of Washington. Erika is pursuing a Certificate in Program Management and has a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
