Kating Saunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management. Currently serving as the Corporate Resource Center Program Manager at Northwest Center@Amazon, Kating oversees the operations of resource centers in Seattle and Nashville, focusing on customer service and the success of Resource Center Agents. Previously, Kating held the position of Regional Manager for Discovery Health MD, managing three Consumer Testing Sites and collaborating on operational improvements. Kating's background includes significant tenure at Apple as a management representative, where responsibilities included planning and coaching in a corporate call center. Earlier roles included CALL Director at Dell, Department Manager at Michael's Arts and Crafts, and service in the US Navy. Kating holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Leadership/Management from Western Governors University and an Executive Assistant Certification from IPA College.
